Terms & Conditions

By booking our cleaning services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully

Definitions 

  • Client: You—the individual or entity requesting cleaning services.

  • Company / We: [Your Client’s Business Name], providing the cleaning services.

  • Service: Cleaning services as agreed upon between the Client and Company.

Agreement & Acceptance

  • Placing a booking via our website, phone, or email constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Any modifications must be confirmed in writing by a Company representative.

Effective: 9/9/2025

Services & Scheduling 

  • Services may be one-off or on a recurring schedule—please confirm the date, time, and frequency during booking.

  • We strive to accommodate all requests, but services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access, electricity, and running water at the service location (if applicable).

  • Remove fragile or valuable items, and secure pets and children to avoid accidents or delays.

Payment Terms 

  • Payment is due [choose: at booking / upon service completion].

  • We accept [list accepted methods: e.g., credit card, PayPal, cash].

  • Prices are subject to change; quotes are valid for [X] days.

Cancelations & Rescheduling

  • ​Notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost, depending on circumstances.

Satisfaction Garantee 

  • If you’re unhappy with the service, notify us within [X] hours/days of the cleaning, and we’ll arrange a follow-up visit.

  • No refunds are offered, but we’ll work to make it right.

Liability & Insurance 

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or unsecured fragile items.

  • Limitations apply to high-value or delicate items—please handle these personally.

  • We maintain insurance covering our staff and services.

Independent Contractors 

  • We operate as an independent contractor, not employees of the Client—this includes regarding tax, benefits, and insurance responsibilities.

Confidentiality 

  • Any private information shared with us (e.g., alarm codes or personal schedules) will remain confidential and will only be used to fulfill services.

 Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be posted on the website with the updated effective date.

 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of [Connecticut].

  • Disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration prior to legal action.

Entire Agreement

  • These Terms & Conditions, along with any booking confirmation or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.

  • Any prior communications or understandings (spoken or written) are superseded by this document.
